Biography

I have practiced law since 1984, trying and winning a variety of commercial cases, as first-chair and co-first-chair counsel. As a partner in previous firms, I handled complex litigation and appeals across several industries, including software, consumer electronics, oilfield equipment, medical devices, and I have represented operators and mineral interest owners in various oil and gas disputes. I have also represented a variety of clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, trade secrets, copyright and trademark.  I also have strong experience in catastrophic injury litigation and medical malpractice.

My personal interests include music performance and photography. I am an avid language learner, fluent in French and German, and happily married with four children.
