Biography

I have practiced law since 1999, primarily commercial litigation and appeals. After practicing as both outside and as in-house counsel for 13 years in Houston, Texas, I moved to South Texas and opened Haley Law Firm, PLLC. I represent commercial clients in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States, primarily Texas.
