    • Focus on complex energy litigation involving claims up to $6.5 billion;
    • Involved in all stages of litigation and appeals;

    • Lead drafter of appellate briefs and dispositive motions on a broad spectrum of commercial and oil-and-gas issues;

      • Experienced in litigating fiduciary obligations, business torts, maritime, real-estate and construction disputes, personal-injury, products-liability, and employment actions, and civil prosecution by government agencies.
