Biography

Rhonda, who is licensed in both Texas and Colorado, has distinguished herself as an elite trial lawyer with outstanding instincts. During her 15+ years of commercial litigation practice with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP/Foley Lardner LLP in Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado, she primarily focused in the energy industry. Rhonda has tried a variety of midstream and downstream oil-and-gas disputes across Texas, as well as in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and West Virginia. She also has significant experience in complex commercial litigation matters, including disputes that implicate business torts, trade secrets, non-competes, class actions, property interests, maritime, banking, tortious interference, fraud, and fiduciary duties, among others. Rhonda has also represented clients in cross-border litigation disputes involving jurisdictional challenges, complex choice-of-law issues, and parallel-track international proceedings.
